Terms of Service

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all source code, databases, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics) are owned by Engineer Ali Raza and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

For Clients: Upon full payment of fees, intellectual property rights for custom-developed assets (e.g., logos, website code) are transferred to the client, excluding any proprietary tools or frameworks used by Ali Raza Solutions.

2. Agency Services (Ali Raza Solutions)

When engaging with Ali Raza Solutions for digital marketing, web development, or SEO services:

• Scope of Work: Services will be performed as described in the specific proposal or invoice provided to you.
• Client Cooperation: You agree to provide necessary access, assets, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client feedback may result in project timeline adjustments.
• Third-Party Costs: You are responsible for all third-party costs, including but not limited to domain hosting, ad spend (Meta/Google), and premium software licenses, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Educational Programs (AR Institute)

For students enrolling in courses at AR Institute (Physical or Online):

• License: Purchase of a course grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial use.
• Sharing Accounts: Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
• Outcome Disclaimer: While we provide top-tier training, we do not guarantee specific employment or income results. Your success depends on your own effort and market conditions.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

Agency Services

Payments for agency services are generally structured as milestones (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% upon completion). Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as resources and time have already been allocated.

Educational Courses

For digital courses and training programs:

• Physical Classes: Fees must be paid before the start of the session. Refunds are not issued after the first week of classes.
• Online Courses: Due to the digital nature of the content, we generally do not offer refunds once the course materials have been accessed, unless there is a technical defect preventing access.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. Prohibited activities include:

• Systematically retrieving data or other content from the Site to create a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission.
• Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Site.
• Engaging in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site.
• Using the Site to advertise or offer to sell goods and services without our express consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Engineer Ali Raza, Ali Raza Solutions, or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Pakistan. Engineer Ali Raza and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Lahore, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
